육체의 정욕에 따라 행함

성경말씀

(엡2:1) 그런데 여러분은 허물과 죄들 가운데서 죽어 있었습니다.
(3) 전에는 우리도 다 그들 가운데서 육체의 정욕을 따라 살았고, 육체와 생각의 욕구대로 행했고, 다른 사람들과 마찬가지로 날 때부터 진노의 자식들이었습니다.

오늘의 만나

우리가 허물과 죄들 가운데서 죽어 있었을 때, 우리도 육체의 정욕을 따라 살아서, 육체의 욕구뿐만 아니라 생각의 욕구를 따라 행했습니다. 세 가지 악한 것들, 즉 우리 밖에 있는 이 세상의 시대, 우리 위와 우리 안에 있는 공중 권세의 통치자, 우리 타락한 본성 안에 있는 육체의 정욕이 우리의 생활을 지배했습니다. 그러나 이 악한 것들로부터 구원받아 우리는 그리스도의 몸이 되었습니다. 우리가 구원받기 전에 우리는 다 우리의 육체의 정욕을 따라 살았고,육체와 생각이 하고 싶은 대로 행했습니다. 에베소서 2장 3절의 "욕구"는 우리가 좋아하는 것을 가리킵니다. 과거에 우리는 단지 좋아하기 때문에 어떤 것들을 했습니다. 우리가 춤추러가는 것을 좋아했다면 춤추러 갔습니다. 운동 경기에 참여하기를 좋아했다면 운동 경기에 참여했습니다. 오늘날 젊은 세대는 역사상의 어느 세대들보다도 그들이 좋아하는 것을 합니다. 여러분이 젊은이들에게 왜 그런 것들을 하느냐고 묻는다면, 그들 중 많은 이들이 단지 그것들을 좋아하기 때문이라고 말할 것입니다. 이것은 분명히 죽은 사람의 표시입니다. 무엇이든지 좋아하는 것을 행하는데 있어서 오늘날의 많은 젊은이들은 브레이크 없는 자동차와 같습니다.얼마나 위험한지요! 불순종의 아들들이었던 우리는 또한 진노의 자식들이기도 했습니다. 죽음의 영역에서 우리는 불순종으로 인하여 하나님의 진노 아래 있었습니다. 그러나 우리는 불순종으로부터 그리고 하나님의 진노로부터 구원받았습니다. Behaving in the Lusts of Our Flesh

Ephesians 2:1 And you, though dead in your offenses and sins, (3) Among whom we also all conducted ourselves once in the lusts of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the thoughts, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest;

Words of Ministry

...When we were dead in our offenses and sins, we also behaved according to thelusts of our flesh, doing the desires not only of the flesh but also of the thoughts.Three evil things, the age of this world outside of us, the ruler of the aerialauthority above and within us, and the lusts of our flesh in our fallen nature,dominated our life. From these evil things we have been saved to become the Body of Christ. Before we were saved, we all behaved ourselves in the lusts of ourflesh, doing whatever the flesh and the thoughts liked to do. The word “desires” inverse 3 refers to our likes. In the past, we did certain things simply because weliked to do them. If we liked to go dancing, we went dancing. If we liked to attendsporting events, we attended them... Today's young generation, probably more thanany generation in history, does whatever it likes. If you ask the young people whythey do certain things, many of them would answer that they simply like to dothem. This is a sure sign of a dead person. In doing whatever they like, many oftoday's young people are like cars without brakes. How dangerous this is! We, asthe sons of disobedience, were also the children of wrath. In the realm of deathwe were under God's wrath because of our disobedience. But we have been savedboth from our disobedience and from God's wrath.
