부활은 생명보다 뛰어난 것임

성경말씀

(요11:25) 예수님께서 마르다에게 말씀하셨다. "나는 부활이요 생명이니, 나를 믿는 사람은 죽어도 살 것이고, (43~44) 예수님께서 이 말씀을 하시고 큰 소리로 외치셨다. "나사로, 나오시오!" 죽었던 그가 나왔는데, 손과 발은 천으로 묶여 있었고 얼굴은 수건으로 싸여 있었다. 예수님께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "그를 풀어 주어 다니게 하십시오."

오늘의 만나

부활은 생명보다 뛰어납니다. 생명 그 자체로는 오직 생존할 수 있으나, 부활은 모든 종류의 공격, 심지어 죽음의 공격도 견딜 수 있습니다. 주님은 생명일 뿐 아니라 부활이십니다. 그분은 죽음을 정복할 수 있기 때문에 죽음이 그분을 붙잡을 수 없습니다. 그분은 생명일 뿐 아니라 부활이시기 때문에 죽음이 그분을 억누를 수 없습니다. 생명은 생존하는 능력이지만 부활은 생명에 반대되는 모든 것을 정복하는 능력입니다. 죽음이 사람에게 올 때 그는 빠져나올 수 없습니다. 심지어 원자력도 죽음을 이길 수 없습니다. 오직 부활이신 주님 자신만이 죽음을 패배시킬 수 있습니다. 그분은 생명일 뿐 아니라 부활이시기 때문에 모든 사람을 죽음으로부터 구출할 수 있습니다. 그분은 부활이시기 때문에 죽음의 능력을 깨뜨릴 수 있습니다. 심지어 음부도 우리 주님을 무덤에 가둘 수 없었습니다. 우리는 매일매일 이 부활 생명을 어떻게 적용하는가를 배워야 합니다. 우리는 생명이신 주님에 의해 살아야 할 뿐 아니라 또한 부활이신 주님에 의해 정복해야 합니다. 많은 경우에 우리의 환경은 죽음처럼 우리에게 영향을 줍니다. 그러나 죽음을 만지게 하는 모든 것들이 주님께서 부활인가 아닌가를 증명하는 시험이기 때문에 주님을 찬양합시다. 우리는 부활 생명이신 주님을 소유했기 때문에 아무것도 우리를 가둘 수 없습니다. 어떤 압력이나 문제가 있더라도 우리에게 부활 생명이 있기 때문에 견딜 수 있습니다. 이런 이유로 사도 바울은 "나는 그리스도와 그분의 부활 능력...을 알고(빌3:10)"라고 말했습니다. Resurrection Being Superior to Life

Resurrection is superior to life. By itself, life can only have existence, but resurrection can withstand any kind of attack, even the attack of death. The Lord is not only life, but He is also resurrection. Death cannot hold Him because He can conquer death. Death cannot retain Him, because He is not only life-He is also resurrection. Life is the power to exist, but resurrection is the power to conquer everything that is against life. ...When death comes upon a man, he cannot escape it. Not even atomic power can overcome death. Only the Lord Himself as resurrection can defeat death. He can deliver all of the dead persons from death because He is not only life but also resurrection. Since He is the resurrection, He can break the power of death. Even Hades is unable to confine our Lord to the tomb. We must learn how to apply this resurrection life day by day. We must not only live by the Lord as life, but we must also conquer by the Lord as resurrection. Many times our circumstances affect us like death. But praise the Lord that all matters which contain the touch of death are a test because these matters prove whether or not the Lord is the resurrection. Nothing can confine us, for we have the Lord as our resurrection life. Regardless of the pressure or trouble we are bearing, we can stand it because we have resurrection life... This is why the Apostle Paul said, “To know Him and the power of His resurrection” (Phil. 3:10).
