최고 수준의 도덕성(2)

성경말씀

(딤전3:16) 모두가 인정하듯이, 경건의 비밀은 위대합니다! 그분은 육체로 나타나셨고, 그 영 안에서 의롭게 되셨으며, 천사들에게 보이셨고, 모든 민족 가운데 전파되셨으며, 세상이 그분을 믿었으며, 그분은 영광 안으로 들려 올라가셨습니다.

오늘의 만나

어느 날 하나님 자신이 예수라 칭하는 한 사람이 되셨습니다. 이 사람은 신성한 본질로 잉태되셨고, 하나님이 사람 안에 창조하신 바로 그 본질인 사람의 본질로부터 나셨습니다. 이것은 주 예수께서 참여하신 사람의 본질이 하나님이 그분의 어떠하심에 따라 창조하신 하나님의 사랑, 빛, 거룩함, 의의 겉모습을 지닌 사람의 본질임을 의미합니다. 그분은 이 땅에 계실 때, 신성한 속성들과 인간적인 미덕들의 구성체인 생명을 사셨습니다. 이것은 최고 수준의 도덕성입니다. 최고 수준의 도덕성은 신성한 속성들을 지닌 하나님과 인간적인 미덕들을 지닌 사람의 구성인 생명을 소유하신 분의 생활입니다. 최고 수준의 도덕성을 말할 때, 우리는 "도덕성"이라는 말을 전통적인 방법으로 사용하지 않고 있습니다. 우리가 말하는 도덕성은 하나님께서 요구하시는 생명의 수준을 의미합니다. 창세기 2장에서 하나님이 사람을 생명나무로 상징된 그분 자신 앞에 두신 이유입니다. 이것은 하나님이 사람으로 하여금 하나님의 사랑과 빛과 거룩함과 의의 실재를 가지도록 그분을 그의 생명으로 취하기 원하심을 암시합니다. 만일 사람이 그렇게 했다면 최고 수준의 도덕성 안에 있는 생명을 살 수 있었을 것입니다. 하나님에 의해 피조된 사람이 그러한 생명을 사는데 실패하기는 했지만, 하나님의 본성과 사람의 본성을 소유하신 주 예수님, 사람-구주께서는 땅 위에서 인간적인 미덕들 안에 표현된 하나님의 속성들을 지닌 생명을 사셨습니다. 기 도 : 주 예수님! 당신의 인간적인 미덕들 안에 있는 하나님의 신성한 속성들을 표현하신 당신의 삶을 감사합니다. 최고 수준의 도덕성을 찬양합니다. 하나님이 요구하신 삶의 표준을 살아 나타낼 수 있도록 나를 강건케 하소서. 나를 통하여 매일매일 당신이 살아 내소서. Words of Ministry

One day God Himself became a Man named Jesus. This Man was conceived of the divine essence and born of the human essence, the very essence God created in man. This means that the human essence of which the Lord Jesus partook was that created by God according to what He is--the human essence with the appearance of God's love, light, holiness, and righteousness. When He was on earth, He lived a life that was a composition of the divine attributes and the human virtues. This is the highest standard of morality. The highest standard of morality is the living of the One whose life was a composition of God with the divine attributes and man with the human virtues. When we speak of the highest standard of morality, we are not using the word "morality" in a traditional way. By morality we mean the standard of life God requires. This was the reason God in Genesis 2 put man in front of Himself as signified by the tree of life, indicating that God wanted man to take Him as his life so that he might have the reality of the divine love, light, holiness, and righteousness. This would enable man to live a life in the highest standard of morality. Although the man created by God failed to live such a life, the Lord Jesus, the Man-Savior, possessing the divine nature and the human nature, lived a life on earth with the attributes of God expressed in the virtues of man.
