진리 이만나

더 이상 내가 아니라 그리스도!

성경말씀

(갈2:20) 나는 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔습니다. 그러므로 이제는 더 이상 내가 사는 것이 아니라, 그리스도께서 내 안에 사십니다. 이제 내가 육체 안에서 사는 생명은 나를 사랑하시어 나를 위하여 자신을 버리신 하나님의 아들의 믿음 안에서 사는 생명입니다.

오늘의 만나

우리는 이기는 생명이 그리스도라는 것을 알고 있으며, 또한 이기는 생명이 우리 안에 살고 계신 그리스도라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 그러나 우리가 어떻게 이 생명을 체험하는 데로 들어갈 수 있는가의 문제가 있습니다. 그리스도는 우리의 생명이 되기 원하시고, 그분은 우리로 승리하게 하십니다. 그러나 어떻게 그리스도가 우리의 생명이 되실 수 있습니까? 우리는 갈라디아서 2장 20절을 볼 필요가 있습니다. 여기에서는 이 구절의 시작과 끝을 고려하지는 않겠습니다. 이 구절의 중간부분으로 시작해봅시다. 이 구절에 놀라운 표현이 있습니다. '더 이상 내가 사는 것이 아니라 그리스도께서 내 안에 사십니다.' 이 말은 곧 '더 이상 내가 아니라 그리스도'라는 것입니다. '더 이상 내가 사는 것이 아니라 그리스도'라는 것은 무슨 의미입니까? 이 다섯 마디는 승리를 의미합니다. 이 말은 이기는 생명에 관한 것입니다. 이기는 생명은 단순히 말해 (1) '더 이상 내가 아니다' (2) '그러나 그리스도'입니다. 이것이 이기는 생명입니다. '더 이상 내가 아니라' '그러나 … 그리스도'일 때 승리가 있습니다. '더 이상 내가 아니라' 더하기 '그러나 그리스도'는 승리입니다. 그러면 모든 문제는 사라집니다. (발췌문 : 하단 영문 참조)

No Longer I, but Christ

Gal2:20 I am crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Words of Ministry

We know that the overcoming life is Christ, and we know that the overcoming life is Christ living in us. The question is how can we enter into the experience of this life. Christ wants to be our life and He can make us victorious. But how can Christ be our life? We need to look at Galatians 2:20. We will not consider the beginning of this verse or the end of this verse. We will begin with the middle of the verse. There is a wonderful expression in this verse: “It is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me.” We can say that it is no longer I but Christ. What does “no longer I...but...Christ” mean? These five words mean victory. They speak of the overcoming life which we have been talking about for the past few days. The overcoming life is simply (1) “no longer I” and (2) “but...Christ.” This is the overcoming life. As long as it is “no longer I” and as long as it is “but...Christ,” there is victory. “No longer I” plus “but...Christ” is victory, and all problems are solved.
