진리 이만나

성경은 로맨스(1)

성경말씀

(계19:9~10) 그 천사가 또 나에게 말하였습니다. "기록하십시오. 어린양의 결혼 잔치에 초대받은 그들이 복이 있습니다." 그는 또 나에게 말하였습니다. "이것은 하나님의 참된 말씀입니다." 내가 그 천사에게 경배하려고 그의 발 앞에 엎드리니, 그가 나에게 말하였습니다. "이러지 마십시오. 나는 그대와 함께 노예된 자이고, 예수님의 증거를 가진 그대의 형제들과 함께 노예된 자입니다. 하나님께 경배하십시오. 예수님의 증거가 예언의 영입니다."
(엡1:22~23) 또 하나님은 만물을 그리스도의 발아래 복종시키시고, 그리스도를 만물 위에 머리가 되게 하시어 교회에게 주셨습니다. 교회는 그리스도의 몸이요, 만물 안에서 만물을 충만하게 하시는 분의 충만입니다.

오늘의 만나

'성경은 로맨스다.' 이런 이야기를 전에 들어본 적이 있습니까? 이것은 어쩌면 세속적이고 비종교적으로 들릴지도 모릅니다. 그러나 여러분이 성경의 깊은 사상 안으로 들어간다면, 가장 순수하고 거룩한 면에서 성경이 우주적인 한 쌍의 로맨스라는 것을 깨닫게 될 것입니다. 이 한 쌍에서 남자는 하나님 자신입니다. 비록 그가 신성한 인격이라고 할지라도 그분은 이 우주적인 한 쌍의 남자가 되기를 갈망하십니다. 이 한 쌍에서 여자는 단체적인 사람 즉 구약과 신약의 모든 성도들을 포함한 하나님의 구속받은 사람들입니다. 오랜 과정 후에 이 단체적인 사람은 신부인 새예루살렘으로 결론지어질 것입니다. 나아가 성경은 우리에게 두 사람인 이 한 쌍이 한 육체라고 말합니다. 그리스도와 그분의 선택받은 사람들은 머리이자 남편이신 그리스도와 그리고 몸이자 아내인 교회와 하나이며 우주적이고도 단체적인 사람입니다. 결국 이 둘은 하나이며, 모든 것을 포함한, 우주적인 단체적인 사람이 될 것입니다. 이것은 하나님의 말씀 안에 있는 신성한 계시의 핵심입니다. 이 핵심은 단순히 한 쌍과 한 사람 즉 남편이신 삼일 하나님과 아내인 그분의 선택된 백성으로 된 한 쌍, 머리이신 그리스도와 몸인 그분의 선택받은 사람입니다. 이것이 성경 전체의 중심적인 계시입니다. Rev 21:9 ...Come here; I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb. (10) And he carried me away in spirit onto a great and high mountain and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem... Eph 1:22 ...Him [Christ] to be Head over all things to the church, (23) Which is His Body, the fullness of the One who fills all in all.

Words of Ministry

The Bible is a romance. Have you ever heard this before? It may sound secular and unreligious. However, if you have entered into the deep thought of the Bible, you will realize that the Bible is a romance, in the most pure and the most holy sense, of a universal couple. The male of this couple is God Himself. Although He is a divine Person, He desires to be the male of this universal couple. This very God, after a long process, has resulted in Christ as the Bridegroom. The female of this couple is a corporate human being, God's redeemed people, including all the saints of the Old Testament and the New Testament. After a long process this corporate person results in the New Jerusalem as the Bride. Furthermore, the Bible tells us that this couple with the two persons are one flesh.... Christ and His chosen people are one, universal, corporate man with Christ, the Husband, as the Head and with the church, the wife, as the body. Eventually, these two become one, all-inclusive, universal, corporate man. This is the kernel of the divine revelation in the Word of God. The kernel is simply a couple and a man: a couple with the Triune God [Trinity] as the Husband and His chosen people as the wife, and a man with Christ as the Head and with His chosen people as the Body. This is the central revelation of the whole Bible.
