우리는 하나님의 걸작품

성경말씀

(엡2:10) 우리는 하나님의 걸작품입니다. 그리스도 예수님 안에서 선한 일들을 위하여 창조되었습니다. 이 선한 일들은 하나님께서 미리 예비하신 것으로, 우리가 그것들을 행하도록 하기 위한 것입니다. 
(3:10) 이제 교회를 통하여 하늘들의 영역에 있는 통치자들과 권세자들에게 하나님의 각종 지혜를 알게 하시려는 것입니다.

오늘의 만나

하나님은 많은 것들을 만드셨지만, 그 어느 것도 교회만큼 아름답고 귀하고 가치있고 갈망이 있는 것은 없습니다. 교회는 하나님의 걸작품입니다. 작가나 작곡자나 예술가들은 특별한 작품인 걸작품을 만들기 위해 노력합니다. 하나님은 하늘과 땅을 창조하셨지만, 하늘도 땅도 하나님의 걸작품은 아닙니다. 이와 같이 하나님은 사람을 창조하셨지만, 사람도 하나님의 걸작품은 아닙니다. 우주 가운데 오직 하나만이 하나님의 걸작품이며, 그 걸작품은 교회입니다. 하나님의 걸작품인 교회는 그리스도의 몸으로서 만유 안에서 만유를 충만케 하시는 분의 충만입니다. 무엇이 이보다 더 위대할 수 있겠습니까? We Are God's Masterpiece

Words of Ministry

God has made many things, but none of them is as dear, precious, valuable, and desirable as the church. The church is God's masterpiece. Writers, composers, and artists often attempt to achieve a masterpiece, an outstanding work. God created the heavens and the earth, but neither the heavens nor the earth is God's masterpiece. Likewise, God created man, but not even man is God's masterpiece. Only one item of God's work in this universe is His masterpiece, and this masterpiece is the church. As God's masterpiece, the church is the Body of Christ, the fullness of the One who fills all in all. What could be a greater work than this?
