사람으로서 마귀를 패배시키심

성경말씀

(눅4:2~4) 그동안 아무것도 잡수시지 않아서, 그 기간이 끝났을 때에는 시장하셨다. 마귀가 예수님께 "그대가 하나님의 아들이라면, 이 돌더러 떡이 되라고 말해 보시오."라고 하니, 예수님께서 대답하셨다. "성경에 '사람이 떡으로만 살 것이 아닙니다.'라고 기록되어 있다."

오늘의 만나

주 예수님은 그분의 사역을 성취하시기 위해 하나님의 대적, 마귀, 사탄을 물리치셔야 했습니다. 이것을 그분은 사람으로서 하셔야 했습니다. 그러므로 그분은 하나님의 대적을 맞서 사람으로 서셨습니다. 이것을 알고 있는 마귀는 그분에게 사람의 입장을 떠나 하나님의 아들로서의 위치를 취하도록 유혹했습니다. 사십일 전에, 하나님 아버지는 하늘로부터 예수님이 아버지의 사랑하는 아들이심을 선포하셨습니다. 그 교활한 유혹자는 그 선포를 주 예수님을 유혹하는 근거로 삼았습니다. 만일 주님께서 대적 앞에서 하나님의 아들로서의 위치를 취하셨다면, 그를 물리칠 입장을 상실하셨을 것입니다. 돌이 떡이 되게 한다면 확실히 기적일 것입니다. 마귀는 그것을 시험으로 내놓았습니다. 많은 때에 어떤 상황 가운데 기적이 행해지기를 바라는 생각은 마귀로부터 오는 유혹입니다. 마귀는 사람-구주에게 하나님의 아들로서의 위치를 취하도록 유혹했습니다. 그러나 주 예수께서는 "사람이 떡으로만 살 것이 아니라"고 대답하셨습니다. 이것은 그분이 대적을 처리하시기 위해 사람의 입장에 서셨음을 암시합니다. 귀신들은 예수님을 하나님의 아들이라 말했지만(마8:29), 악한 영들은 예수 그리스도께서 육신으로 오신 것을 시인하지 않습니다(요일4:3). 왜냐하면 예수님을 사람으로 시인하면, 그들이 패배한 것을 인정하는 것이기 때문입니다. 귀신들은 예수님을 하나님의 아들로 인정하지만, 마귀는 사람들이 그분을 하나님의 아들이라 믿는 것을 원치 않습니다. 왜냐하면 그렇게 믿으면 사람들이 구원받을 것이기 때문입니다(요20:31). 기 도 : 주 예수님! 어려운 상황을 피하기 위해 어떤 기적을 바랬던 것을 고백합니다. 당신은 초자연적인 기적을 행하심으로 사탄을 물리치신 것이 아니라 사람으로서 사탄을 패배시키셨습니다. 이런 승리하신 분이 내 안에 있음을 감사합니다. 아멘. Defeating the Devil as a Man

Luke 4:2 And He did not eat anything in those days, and when they were concluded, He became hungry. (3) And the devil said to Him, If You are the Son of God, speak to this stone that it become bread. (4) And Jesus answered him, It is written, "Man shall not live on bread alone."

Words of Ministry

For the Lord Jesus to accomplish His ministry, He had to defeat God's enemy, the devil, Satan. This He had to do as a Man. Hence, He stood as a Man to confront the enemy of God. The devil, knowing this, tempted Him to leave the standing of man and assume His position as the Son of God. Forty days before, God the Father declared from the heavens that Jesus was the beloved Son of the Father. The subtle tempter took that declaration as the ground to tempt the Lord Jesus. If the Lord assumed His position as the Son of God before the enemy, He would have lost the standing to defeat him. To cause a stone to become bread would certainly have been a miracle. That was proposed by the devil as a temptation. Many times the thought of having a miracle performed in certain situations is a temptation from the devil. The devil tempted the Man-Savior to take His position as the Son of God. But the Lord Jesus answered by saying, "Man shall not live on bread alone." This indicates that He stood in the position of man to deal with the enemy. The demons addressed Jesus as the Son of God (Matt. 8:29), but the evil spirits do not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh (1 John 4:3), because in confessing Jesus as a Man they admit they are defeated. Although the demons confess Jesus as the Son of God, the devil does not want people to believe He is the Son of God, because in so believing they will be saved (John 20:31).
