그리스도 안에서 완전한 자로 세움

성경말씀

(골1:27下~28) ...이 비밀은 여러분 안에 계신 그리스도인데, 곧 영광의 소망입니다. 우리가 그분을 전파하여 온갖 지혜로 각 사람에게 권면하고 각 사람을 가르치는 것은 각 사람을 그리스도 안에서 충분히 성장한 사람으로 하나님께 드리기 위한 것입니다.

오늘의 만나

골로새서 1장 28절의 '충분히 성장한'에 해당하는 헬라어는 또한 '성숙한', '온전한' 또는 '완전한'으로 번역할 수 있습니다. 바울의 사역은 그리스도를 다른 이들에게 분배하여 그들이 그리스도 안에서 완전한 성장에 이르도록 성숙하여 완전하고 온전하게 되기 위한 것이었습니다. 그러나 오늘날 많은 그리스도인 일꾼들은 그리스도 안에서 완전히 자란 자로 각 사람을 세우고자 하는 어떤 관념도 없습니다. 그들의 일의 목표는 이것 외에 다른 어떤 것입니다. 그러나 우리는 바울이 가졌던 것과 같은 목표를 가져야 합니다. 심지어 복음을 전파할 때도 우리의 목적은 생명을 분배하여 다른 이들이 그리스도 안에서 성숙하고, 완전히 성장하도록 세우기 위한 것이어야 합니다. 우리가 믿지 않는 사람들에게 복음을 전파하고, 그들에게 그리스도를 사역하여, 주님을 영접하도록 도울 때, 우리의 목표는 단지 그들이 불못이나 하나님의 정죄로부터 구원받는 데 있지 않습니다. 우리의 목표는 그들이 하나님의 용서를 체험하는 것일 뿐만 아니라, 그들에게 그리스도를 사역하여 그들이 결국 그리스도 안에서 완전히 자란 사람으로 드려지도록 하는 데 있습니다. 만일 우리가 다른 이들에게 복음을 전파할 때, 그리스도를 분배하는 데 있어서 실패한다면, 우리의 복음전파는 하나님의 표준에 미치지 못하게 됩니다. 우리가 말하는 모든 사람들 안으로 반드시 그리스도가 주입되어야 합니다. 우리는 성도들과 교통하는 데 있어서도 같은 목표를 가져야 합니다. 우리가 성도들을 접촉할 때, 우리의 목표는 그리스도를 그들 안으로 사역하여 그들이 그분 안에서 성숙하기 위한 것입니다. Presenting Every Man Full-Grown in Christ

Col 1:27~28 ...Christ in you, the hope of glory, Whom we announce, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom that we may present every man full-grown in Christ.

Words of Ministry

The Greek word rendered full-grown [Col. 1:28] may also be translated mature, complete, or perfect. Paul's ministry was to impart Christ to others so that they may be perfect and complete by maturing in Christ unto full growth. However, many Christian workers today do not have any concept of presenting every man full-grown in Christ. The goal of their work is something other than this. But we must have the same goal that Paul had. Even in preaching the gospel, our aim should be to impart life in order to present others mature, full-grown, in Christ. As we preach the gospel to unbelievers, minister Christ to them, and help them to receive the Lord, our goal is not merely that they should be saved from the lake of fire and from God's condemnation. Our goal is not only for them to experience God's forgiveness; it is to minister Christ into them so that they may eventually be presented full-grown in Christ. If we fail to impart Christ to others as we preach the gospel, our gospel preaching will fall short of God's standard. Christ must be infused into all those to whom we speak. We should have the same goal in our fellowship with the saints. As we contact the saints, our goal should be to minister Christ into them so that they may mature in Him.
