그리스도는 거룩하고 신실한 은사들이심(2)

성경말씀

(요14:6) 예수님께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "내가 곧 길이요, 실재요, 생명이니, 나를 통하지 않고서는 아무도 아버지께로 가지 못합니다. 
(고전1:30) 그러나 여러분은 하나님에게서 나서 그리스도 예수님 안에 있고, 이 그리스도 예수님은 하나님에게서 나오셔서 우리에게 지혜, 곧 의와 거룩하게 함과 구속이 되셨습니다.

오늘의 만나

이 거룩하고 신실한 은사들이란 무엇인가? 그것들은 그리스도의 어떠함의 모든 방면들을 말합니다. 신약에 따르면 그리스도는 생명, 빛, 은혜, 의, 거룩, 거룩케 함, 칭의이십니다. 그분은 또한 생명의 떡이시고 생수이십니다. 더 나아가 거룩하고 신실한 것들은 고린도전서 1장에 계시된 그리스도의 모든 방면들을 포함합니다. 즉 능력, 지혜, 의, 거룩케 함, 구속, 영광, 하나님의 깊이들, 하나님의 건축의 유일한 기초, 유월절, 누룩을 넣지 않은 떡, 영적인 음식, 영적인 음료, 신령한 바위, 머리, 몸, 첫열매, 둘째 사람, 마지막 아담이십니다. 우리는 요한복음에서 목자나 풀밭과 같이 그리스도에 대한 더 많은 방면들을 볼 수 있습니다. 오, 그리스도는 우리에 대해 얼마나 많은 방면에 있어서 거룩하고 신뢰할 만한 것들이신지요! 그리스도는 부활한 분으로서 맏아들과 구주이시며, 거룩하고 신뢰할 만한 모든 것들이십니다. 구약에서 거룩하고 신실한 것들은 ‘긍휼’인 것으로 여겨집니다. 당신은 긍휼이 무엇인지 아십니까? 긍휼은 사랑과 은혜를 포함합니다. 그렇지만 긍휼은 사랑보다 더 멀리까지 미칩니다. 사랑과 은혜가 미치지 않는 곳까지도 긍휼은 미칩니다. 거룩하고 신실한 모든 것들은 우리에게 있어서 긍휼이신 그리스도 자신이십니다. 생명이 긍휼이고 빛 또한 긍휼입니다. 이 모든 긍휼의 방면들을 셀 수 있겠습니까? 만일 당신이 그것들을 셀 시간이 있다면 긍휼에 대한 아주 긴 목록을 갖게 될 것입니다. What are these holy and trustworthy things? They are all the aspects of what Christ is. According to the New Testament, Christ is life, light, grace, righteousness, holiness, sanctification, and justification. He is also the bread of life and the living water. Furthermore, the holy and trustworthy things include all the aspects of Christ unveiled in 1 Corinthians: power, wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption, glory, the depths of God, the unique foundation of God's building, the Passover, the unleavened bread, the spiritual food, the spiritual drink, the spiritual rock, the Head, the Body, the firstfruit, the second Man, and the last Adam. We see many more aspects of Christ in the Gospel of John, such as the Shepherd and the pasture. Oh, how much Christ is to us as the holy and trustworthy things! As the resurrected One, He is the firstborn Son, the Savior, and all the holy and trustworthy things. In the Old Testament the holy and faithful things are regarded as mercies. Do you know what mercy is? Mercy implies both love and grace, but it reaches further than love. Where love and grace cannot reach, mercy can reach. All the holy and faithful things are Christ Himself as mercies to us. Life is mercy, and light is also a mercy. Try to count all the aspects of these mercies. If you took the time to count them, you would have a long list of mercies.
