분배하는 우리의 일

성경말씀

(골1:25) 여러분을 위하여 하나님께서 나에게 주신 청지기 직분을 따라 내가 교회의 사역자가 된 것은 하나님의 말씀을 완성하기 위한 것입니다.
(엡3:2) 여러분을 위하여 나에게 주신, 하나님의 은혜의 청지기 직분에 대하여 여러분이 들었을 것입니다.

오늘의 만나

'청지기 직분'의 정확한 의미를 이해하는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 여기서 청지기 직분으로 사용된 헬라어 '오이코노미아(oikonomia)'는 에베소서 1장10절과 3장9절에서 사용된 '경륜'(영어성경 kjv에는 분배 혹은 세대, dispensation)과 같은 단어입니다. 고대의 어법에 따르면 오이코노미아(oikonomia)는 청지기 직분, 분배 혹은 행정을 가리킵니다. 바울 시대에 많은 부요한 집안에서는 청지기를 두었는데, 그들의 책임은 가족 구성원들에게 음식을 나누어주는 등의 공급을 하는 것이었습니다. 우리의 아버지는 신성한 권속인 커다란 가정을 가지고 계십니다. 우리의 아버지께서 그러한 광대한 풍성을 가지신 분이기 때문에 수많은 청지기들이 이러한 풍성을 그분의 자녀들에게 분배할 필요가 있습니다. 이 분배함이 청지기 직분입니다. 그러므로 청지기 직분은 곧 분배(dispensation)입니다. 우리는 청지기직분이 왕족이나 상류 계층에서 부의 분배를 언급한다는 것을 지적했습니다. 하나님의 왕족은 그리스도 안에서 부요합니다. 골로새서에 따르면 하나님의 가정은 특별히 만유를 포함하고 으뜸이신 분이시며, 보이지 않으시는 하나님의 형상이신 분이시며, 모든 피조물 가운데 먼저 나신 분이시며, 죽은 자들 가운데서 먼저 나신 분이신 그리스도 안에서 부요합니다. 삼일 하나님의 충만한 표현이신 그러한 그리스도의 풍성은 하나님의 가정의 구성원들에게 분배될 필요가 있습니다. 골로새서 1장 25절에 있는 이러한 분배하는 봉사가 하나님의 청지기 직분이라 불리며, 사도 바울의 일이었습니다. 그것은 또한 오늘날 우리의 일이어야 합니다. It is important to understand accurately the meaning of stewardship. The Greek word rendered stewardship here, oikonomia, is the same word rendered economy [dispensation in KJV] in Ephesians 1:10 and 3:9. According to ancient usage, oikonomia denoted a stewardship, a dispensation, or an administration. At the time of Paul, many rich families had stewards whose responsibility was to distribute food and other supplies to members of the household. Our Father has a great family, a divine household. Because our Father has such vast riches, there is the need in His household for many stewards to dispense these riches to His children. This dispensing is the stewardship. Hence, a stewardship is a dispensation. We pointed out that stewardship refers to the dispensation of wealth in a royal or upper-class family. God's royal family is rich in Christ. According to the Epistle to the Colossians, God's family is especially rich in Christ as the all-inclusive and preeminent One, as the One who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation, and the firstborn from among the dead. The riches of such a Christ, who is the full expression of the Triune God, need to be dispensed into the members of God's family. This service of dispensing, which in [Col.] 1:25 is called the stewardship of God, was the work of the Apostle Paul. It also should be our work today.
