| (눅10:30~32) 예수님께서 그 질문을 받아 말씀하셨다. "어떤 사람이 예루살렘에서 여리고로 내려가다가 강도들을 만났는데, 강도들이 그의 옷을 벗기고 때려, 반쯤 죽게 된 것을 버려두고 가 버렸습니다. 마침 한 제사장이 그 길로 내려가다가, 그를 보고는 피하여 지나갔으며, 마찬가지로 레위인도 그곳에 왔다가, 그를 보고는 피하여 지나갔습니다. 고전15:56 죽음이 쏘는 것은 죄요, 죄의 권세는 율법입니다. (롬7:9~11) 이전에 율법이 없었을 때에는 내가 살아 있었으나, 계명이 옴으로써 죄는 되살아나고 나는 죽었습니다. 생명에 이르게 할 그 계명이 나에게는 오히려 죽음에 이르게 하는 것으로 드러났습니다. 왜냐하면 죄가 계명을 통하여 기회를 잡아 나를 속였고, 또 그것을 통하여 나를 죽였기 때문입니다. | |

예루살렘에서 여리고로 내려가던 그 사람은 강도들을 만났고, 강도들은 그의 옷을 벗기고 때려 반쯤 죽은 그를 버리고 갔습니다. 이 강도들은 유대의 율법을 존중하는 교사들을 상징하며 (요10:1), 그들은 스스로 의롭다하는 율법사들처럼 율법을 사용하여 그 율법을 지키는 자들을 강탈했습니다(고전15:56). "옷을 벗기다"라는 단어는 유대교 사람들에 의해 오용된 율법으로 벗겨지는 것을 상징합니다. "때리다"로 번역된 헬라어는 문자 그대로 "세게 때려 눕히다"라는 뜻입니다. 이 때리는 것은 율법으로 죽이는 것을 상징합니다(롬7:9~10). 더 나아가 강도들이 반쯤 죽은 사람을 버려 두는 것은 유대교 사람들이 율법 준수자를 죽은 상태로 놓아두는 것을 상징합니다(롬7:11, 13). 모든 바리새인들, 유대교의 율법을 존중하는 교사들은 여기서 강도들에 비유됩니다. 유대 종교의 율법을 존중하는 교사들은 사람들의 옷을 벗기고 때리고 나서는 반쯤 죽은 상태로 내버려두었습니다. 제사장은 하나님의 율법을 백성들에게 가르침으로 하나님의 백성을 돌보아야 할 사람이었습니다. 이 비유에서 제사장은 같은 길로 내려가고 있었지만, 그 매맞은 사람에게 아무런 도움을 줄 수 없었습니다. 레위인은 하나님에 대한 백성들의 경배 안에서 하나님의 백성을 돕는 사람이었습니다. 이 레위인도 같은 곳에 왔지만 그 죽어가는 사람에게 아무런 도움을 줄 수 없었습니다. And likewise also a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the opposite side. 1 Corinthians 15:56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. | The man going down from Jerusalem to Jericho fell among robbers, who stripped him, beat him, and went away, leaving him half dead. These robbers signify the legalistic teachers of the Judaic law (John 10:1), who used the law (1 Cor. 15:56) to rob the law-keepers like the self-justified lawyer. The word "stripped" signifies the stripping by the law misused by the Judaizers. This beating signifies the killing by the law (Rom. 7:9-10). Furthermore, the robbers leaving the man half dead signifies the Judaizers' leaving the law- keeper in a dead condition (Rom. 7:11, 13). All the Pharisees, legalistic teachers of Judaism, are here likened to robbers. The legalistic teachers of the Jewish religion stripped people and beat them and then left them half dead. The priest was one who should care for God's people by teaching them the law of God. In the parable, a priest was going down in the same way, but he was unable to render any help to the beaten one. A Levite was one who helped God's people in their worship to God. This Levite came to the same place, but he also was unable to render any help to the dying one. | |
