15 이 세상에 있는 모든 사람은 예수님이 있다는 것에 대해 압니다. 그러나 그들은 단지 예수님을 이 세상 많은 사람들 중의 하나로만 알고 있습니다. 다른 말로 하면, 예수님을 많은 이들 중의 한 사람으로 여기고 있습니다. 그분을 다른 사람들보다 조금 더 특별하게 여길지는 모르지만, 여전히 그들에게 예수님은 평범한 사람일 뿐입니다.15

15 그러나 어느 날 빛과 계시가 여러분에게 왔습니다. 여러분의 마음의 눈은 밝아졌고, 여러분은 무엇인가 발견하게 되었습니다. 여러분은 예수님이 하나님의 아들이라는 것을 발견했습니다. 여러분은 하나님에게 아들이 있으며, 예수님이 하나님의 아들이라는 것을 발견했습니다. 얼마나 대단한 발견인지요! 여러분은 많은 사람들 중에 하나님의 아들인 한 사람이 있다는 것을 발견했습니다. 이것은 진실로 엄청난 일입니다. 사람이 주 예수님을 구주로 받아들이고 그분을 하나님의 아들이라고 자백할 때, 그는 대단하고도 놀라운 일을 하고 있는 것입니다. 이것은 중요한 사건이기에 그는 이런 경우를 가볍게 지나칠 수 없을 것입니다. 얼마나 대단하고도 엄청난 발견인지요! 역사를 거친 몇 십억을 사람들 중에, 그는 나사렛 예수가 하나님의 아들이라는 사실을 발견한 것입니다. 이것은 사실 대단한 문제입니다. 우리는 누군가 우리 가운데서 천사를 발견했다고 한다면 놀랄 것입니다. 누군가가 하나님의 아들을 발견했다면 이는 얼마나 더 놀라운 일인지요! 이 두 가지는 결코 비교될 수 없습니다. 천사는 주님보다 아주 많이 많이 낮기 때문입니다. 15

15 The Momentous Discovery of the Son of God!15

15 Matt 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the 15 Christ, the Son of the living God. (17) And Jesus answered 15 and said to him, Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because 15 flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father 15 who is in the heavens, 15

15 Everyone in this world knows that there is a Jesus. But they 15 only know Jesus as one among millions of men in this world. 15 In other words, Jesus is considered merely as one man among 15 many. Although they regard Him as being a little more special 15 than others, He is still an ordinary man to them. 15

15 But one day light and revelation came to you; the eyes of 15 your heart were enlightened, and you discovered something. 15 You discovered that this Jesus is the Son of God. You 15 discovered that God has a Son! Jesus is the Son of God! What 15 a great discovery! You discovered that there is one man among 15 all men who is the Son of God. This is truly tremendous! When 15 a person receives the Lord Jesus as his Savior and confesses 15 Him as the Son of God, he is doing a great thing, a 15 tremendous thing. He cannot let the occasion pass by lightly, 15 because it is a momentous event. What a great and tremendous 15 discovery this is! Among the billions of men throughout 15 history, he has suddenly found out that Jesus of Nazareth is 15 the Son of God. This is indeed a great matter. We would 15 marvel if someone were to discover an angel among us. How 15 much more marvelous is it when someone discovers the Son of 15 God? There is no comparison between the two. The angels are 15 far, far inferior to our Lord.
