15 -고린도 후서 5장 17절- 그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라 이전 것은 지나갔으니 보라 새 것이 되었도다
15 -로마서 12장 5절- 이와 같이 우리 많은 사람이 그리스도 안에서 한 몸이 되어 서로 지체 가 되었느니라 15

15 계속해서 교회가 주 예수 그리스도 안에 있다는 것이 무엇을 의미하는지를 보기로 합시다. 그리스도 안에 있다는 것은 대단한 문제입니다. 그리스도 안에 있다는 것은 죄와 육과 자아 와 천연적인 생명과 옛 창조와 사망과 사탄이 없다는 것을 의미합니다. 만일 우리가 그리스 도 안에 있다면 소극적인 모든 것들은 끝난 것입니다. 그리스도 안에 있는 자들에게는 하나 님 외의 모든 것이 이미 끝났습니다. 15

15 만일 우리가 그리스도 안에서 끝난 것을 깨닫는다면 우리는 특정한 이름으로 그들 자신을 표명하는 소위 교회라는 것이 수치스러운 것임을 알게 될 것입니다. 예를 들어, 중국에 미국 장로교회라 부르는 단체가 있습니다. 나는 최근 남부 캘로포니아에서 "오렌지 카운티 중국 인-대만인 교회"라고 써 있는 간판을 보았습니다. 교회 안에는 어떤 이름들이나 명칭들이 들어설 여지가 없습니다. 이와 같은 이름을 취하는 자들은 그렇게 함으로써 그들이 주 예수 그리스도 안에 있는 교회가 아니라는 것을 표명합니다. 그들이 어떤 이름을 가지고 있다는 사실은 그들 가운데 많은 것들이 아직 끝나지 않았음을 가리킵니다. 15

15 교회는 주 예수 그리스도 안에 있습니다. 이것은 교회에 관한 한 천연적인 모든 것과 소극 적인 모든 것과 옛 창조에 속한 모든 것이 끝났다는 것을 의미합니다. 이것은 교회 안에는 중국인도 미국인도 일본인도 한국인도 프랑스인도 독일인도 없다는 것을 의미합니다. 교회 안에는 오직 주 예수 그리스도만을 위한 여지가 있을 뿐입니다. 이것이 바로 교회가 주 예 수 그리스도 안에 있다는 것의 의미입니다. 15

15 The Church in the Lord Jesus Christ15

15 1 Thessalonians 1:1 ...the church of the Thessalonians in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace.
15 2 Corinthians 5:17 So then if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away; behold, they have become new.

15 Romans 12:5 So we who are many are one body in Christ...15

15 Now let us go on to consider what it means for the church to be in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a great matter to be in Christ. To be in Christ means that there is no sin, flesh, self, natural life, old creation, death, or Satan. If we are in Christ, everything negative has been terminated. For those who are in Christ everything other than God has been terminated.15

15 If we realize what has been terminated in Christ, we shall know that it is shameful for so-called churches to designate themselves by certain names. For example, in China there was a group called the American Presbyterian Church. Recently in southern California I saw a sign which read “The Orange County Chinese Taiwanese Church.” There is no room for any such names or designations in the church. Those who take a name such as these indicate by doing so that they are not the church in the Lord Jesus Christ. The fact that they have a name indicates that many things among them have not been terminated.15

15 The church is in the Lord Jesus Christ. This implies that with respect to the church everything natural, everything negative, everything of the old creation, has been terminated. This means that in the church there are no Chinese or Americans, no Japanese or Koreans, no French or Germans. In the church there is room only for Jesus Christ the Lord. This is the significance of the church being in the Lord Jesus Christ.15
