15 -골로새서 2장 2-3절- 이는 저희로 마음에 위안을 받고 사랑 안에서 연합하여 원만한 이 해의 모든 부요에 이르러 하나님의 비밀인 그리스도를 깨닫게 하려 함이라 그 안에는 지혜 와 지식의 모든 보화가 감취어 있느니라
15 -고린도 전서 1장 24절- 오직 부르심을 입은 자들에게는 유대인이나 헬라인이나 그리스도 는 하나님의 능력이요 하나님의 지혜니라 15

15 하나님은 지혜와 지식의 유일한 근원이십니다. 지혜와 지식의 모든 보화가 하나님의 비밀인 바로 그리스도 안에 감취어져 있습니다. 이방 철학이 골로새 교회에 침투되었기 때문에 바 울은 골로새인들이 하나님 안에 있는 그들의 참된 근원에 따라 지혜와 지식을 발견하도록 돕고 있었습니다. 그리스도는 하나님의 비밀이며 모든 지혜와 지식의 유일한 근원이십니다. 바울은 마치 이렇게 말하고 싶어하는 것 같습니다. "골로새인들아. 너희는 안에 지혜와 지식 의 모든 보화가 감취어진 그리스도를 영접했는데 왜 여전히 철학을 필요로 하느냐? 너희는 왜 그노시스교의 가르침을 받아들이느냐? 너희는 너희가 믿는 바에 대해 온전한 확신을 갖 고 있지 않기 때문에 그렇다. 너희는 믿음을 가지고 있지만 확신은 가지고 있지 않다." 15

15 지혜와 지식이 그리스도안에 체현된 사실은 주님이 하신 말씀, 특히 마태복음과 요한복음에 기록된 말씀에 의해 증명됩니다. 이 복음서들에서 주님은 왕국과 생명에 대해서 말씀하셨습 니다. 이 복음서들에 기록된 주님의 말씀은 가장 높은 철학을 포함하고 있습니다. 공자의 윤 리적인 가르침을 포함한 철학자들의 어떤 가르침도 주님의 말씀과 비교될 수 없습니다. 주 님의 말씀 안에 있는 관념은 너무도 깊고 심오합니다. 철학을 철저하게 공부하는 사람이라 면 누구나 가장 높은 철학은 예수 그리스도 안에서 발견되는 것임을 시인해야 할 것입니다. 진실로 지혜와 지식의 모든 보화가 그리스도 안에 있습니다. 15

15 Christ as the Source of Wisdom and Knowledge15

15 Colossians 2:2 ...the mystery of God, Christ, (3) In whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.
15 1 Corinthians 1:24 But to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.15

15 God is the unique source of wisdom and knowledge. All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in the very Christ who is the mystery of God. Because the church at Colossae had been invaded by pagan philosophy, Paul was helping the Colossians trace wisdom and knowledge to their true source in God. Christ is the mystery of God, who alone is the source of all wisdom and knowledge. It seems as if Paul wanted to say, “Colossians, since you have received the Christ in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden, why do you still need philosophy? Why do you accept the teaching of Gnosticism? You do this because you do not have the full assurance concerning what you believe. You have faith, but you don't have certainty.” 15

15 The fact that wisdom and knowledge are embodied in Christ is proved by His spoken words, especially those recorded in the Gospels of Matthew and John. In these books, the Lord spoke about the kingdom and about life. The Lord's words recorded in these books contain the highest philosophy. None of the teachings of the philosophers, including the ethical teachings of Confucius, compare to them. The concept in the Lord's words is too deep and profound. Anyone who makes a thorough study of philosophy will have to admit that the highest philosophy is that found in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Truly all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are in Him.15
