15 -마태복음 6장 3-4절- 너는 구제할 때에 오른손의 하는 것을 왼손이 모르게 하여 네 구제 15 함이 은밀하게 하라 은밀한 중에 보시는 너의 아버지가 갚으시리라 15

15 천국 백성이 의로운 행동을 하는 데 있어서의 본성은 세상 사람들의 본성과는 엄청나게 다 15 릅니다. 세상 사람들은 백 달러를 기부하고서 그것을 광고하며 그들이 훨씬 더 많은 금액을 15 주었다고 과시합니다. 그러나 우리 그리스도인들은 백 달러를 주었을 때 다른 이들로 하여 15 금 우리가 십 센트를 주었다고 알게 하는 것이 더 좋습니다. 우리는 다른 이들에게 보이는 15 것보다 더 많은 것을 행합니다. 우리의 천연적인 생명 안에서는 결코 이런 종류의 실행을 15 할 수 없습니다. 나타내 보이기를 즐기지 않는 생활은 오직 신성한 생명에 의해서만 가능합 15 니다. 이것이 이 부분의 말씀의 중점입니다. 15

15 만일 우리가 왕국 백성인 것에 대해 진지하다면 우리는 우리 아버지의 감추인 생명에 의하 15 여 사는 것을 배워야 합니다. 우리는 언제나 자신을 전시해 보이려는 우리의 천연적인 생명 15 에 의해 살지 말아야 합니다. 만일 우리가 우리 아버지의 감추인 생명에 의해 산다면 우리 15 는 많은 것들을 나타내지 않고 행할 것입니다. 오히려 우리가 행하는 모든 것은 은밀한 중 15 에 있을 것이며 다른 이들의 눈으로부터 감취어질 것입니다. 나는 교회와 성도와 주님을 위 15 하여 은밀한 중에 어떤 일을 한 많은 사랑스러운 성도들을 알고 있습니다. 그들은 그들이 15 한 일에 대하여 과시하려거나 다른 사람이 알기를 결코 원치 않았습니다. 이런 행동이 바로 15 아버지의 본성과 그분의 은밀하심과 그분은 감추어진 생명에 따른 것입니다. 15

15 The Kingdom People Not Making a Display15

15 Matthew 6:3 But you, when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your 15 right hand is doing, (4) So that your alms may be in secret; and your Father who sees 15 in secret will repay you.15

15 [The nature of the kingdom people when doing their righteous deeds] is vastly different 15 from the nature of the worldly people. When the worldly ones donate a hundred dollars, 15 they advertise it, making it appear that they have given a much greater amount. But 15 when we Christians give a hundred dollars, it is better that we only let others know 15 that we have given a dime. We do more than what is visible to others. We can never 15 practice this kind of giving in our natural life. It is possible only in the divine life, the 15 life that does not enjoy making a show. This is the crucial point in this portion of the 15 Word. 15

15 If we are serious about being the kingdom people, we must learn to live by the hidden 15 life of our Father. We must not live by our natural life, which is always making a 15 display of itself. If we live by our Father's hidden life, we shall do many things without 15 making any public show of them. Rather, all that we do will be in secret, hidden from 15 the eyes of others. I have known a number of dear saints who have done things for the 15 Lord, for the church, and for the saints in secret. They never desired to make a display 15 or to let others know that those things were done by them. These deeds are done 15 according to our Father's nature and according to His secret and hidden life.15
