15 의는 하나님이 정하신 대로 생활하고 행동함으로 바르게 되는 것입니다. 구약에서는 하나님15 이 주신 율법을 지키는 것이 의였습니다. 이제 하나님은 침례를 정하기 위해 침례 요한을 15 보내셨습니다. 침례를 받는 것 또한 하나님 앞에서 의를 이루는 것, 즉 하나님의 요구를 이15 루는 것입니다. 주 예수님이 요한에게 온 것은 하나님으로서 온 것이 아니라 전형적인 한 15 사람으로서, 참 이스라엘인으로서 온 것입니다. 그러므로 그분은 침례를 받아야 합니다. 그15 렇지 않으면 그분은 하나님께 바르지 못할 것입니다. 15

15 침례 요한의 때에 하나님은 길로서 침례를 정하셨습니다. 누구든지 천국으로 들어가기 원하15 는 사람은 요한의 침례의 문을 통과해야 했습니다. 예수 그리스도라 할지라도 예외일 수 없15 었습니다. 그분이라도 이 문을 통과하셔야 했습니다. 그렇지 않으면 그분에게는 이 문을 통15 과하는 의가 결핍되었을 것입니다. 주님이 그렇게 대답하셨을 대 요한은 이해했으며 그분께 15 침례를 주었습니다. 15

15 침례받는 것은 하나님의 눈에 의로운 것입니다. 우리 존재의 끝남과 싹틈은 하나님 앞에 의15 로운 것입니다. 침례받은 사람, 즉 끝나고 싹튼 사람은 하나님께 의롭습니다. 하나님의 경륜15 은 우리의 천연적인 사람을 끝내고 새로운 생명으로 우리를 싹트게 하는 것입니다. 만일 우15 리가 하나님께 올바르려면 우리는 우리의 천연적인 생명 안에서 끝나야 하며 그분의 신성한 15 생명으로 싹터야 합니다. 끝남과 싹틈은 최고의 의로움입니다. 15

15 Baptism:Accepting the Way Ordained by God15

15 Matthew 3:13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John to be baptized by 15 him. (14) But John tried to prevent Him... (15) But Jesus answered and said to him, 15 Permit it for now, for it is fitting for us in this way to fulfill all righteousness. Then he 15 permitted Him.15

15 Righteousness is to be right by living, walking, and doing things in the way God has 15 ordained. In the Old Testament, to keep the law that God had given was righteousness. 15 Now God had sent John the Baptist to ordain baptism. To be baptized is also to fulfill 15 righteousness before God, that is, to fulfill the requirement of God. The Lord Jesus 15 came to John, not as God, but as a typical man. Hence, He must be baptized; otherwise, 15 He would not be right with God.15

15 At the time of John the Baptist, God ordained baptism as the way. Anyone who wanted 15 to enter the kingdom of the heavens had to pass through the gateway of John's 15 baptism. Not even Jesus Christ could be an exception. Even He had to pass through 15 this gateway. Otherwise, He would have lacked the righteousness of passing through 15 this doorway. After the Lord answered him in such a way [v. 15], John understood and 15 baptized Him.15

15 To be baptized is to be righteous in the eyes of God. The termination and germination 15 of our being is righteousness before God. One who has been baptized, who has been 15 terminated and germinated, is right with God. God's economy is to terminate our natural 15 man and germinate us with a new life. If we would be right with God, we must be 15 terminated in our natural life and germinated with His divine life. Termination and 15 germination is the highest righteousness.15
