15 창세기의 처음 열 장 반에서 하나님은 창조된 족속과 함께 일하시려고 했지만 이루지 못하15 셨습니다. 창조된 족속은 하나님의 기대를 저버렸습니다. 사람은 모든 인류가 극도로 하나님15 을 거스려 대적하는 정도까지 타락했으며, 그들은 거역을 표현하기 위하여 바벨탑과 성을 15 건축했습니다(창세기 11장 1-9절). 그러므로 하나님은 창조되고 타락한 족속을 포기하셨으15 며 또 다른 족속의 조상이 되도록 그 족속으로부터 한 사람 아브라함을 부르셨습니다. 거역15 과 우상 숭배가 충만한 곳, 모든 사람이 사탄과 하나 된 곳으로부터 하나님은 아브라함이라 15 이름하는 한 사람을 부르셨습니다. 하나님이 그를 바벨(후에 바벨론이 됨)에서 부르신 때로15 부터 그분은 아담 족속을 포기하셨으며, 모든 관심을 아브라함을 머리로 하는 이 새로운 족15 속에게 두셨습니다. 이 족속은 부르심 받은 족속이요 변화된 족속입니다. 이들은 천연적인 15 것을 따른 족속이 아니라 믿음을 따른 족속입니다.15

15 에클레시아(ecclesia)는 부르심 받아 나온 자들을 의미합니다. 따라서 교회 안에 있는 우리 15 또한 부르심 받아 나온 사람들입니다. 아브라함은 바벨, 즉 거역과 우상 숭배의 장소로부터 15 그리스도로 예표된 좋은 땅으로 부르심을 받았습니다. 우리 또한 바벨 안에 있습니다. 우리15 는 타락했고 거역적이며 우상을 숭배했습니다. 오늘날 온 인류는 바벨 안에 있습니다. 우리15 도 그 곳에 있었지만, 어느 날 하나님께서 우리를 부르시어 높은 땅인 그리스도 안으로 넣15 으셨습니다. 우리는 하나님에 의해 "그 아들 예수 그리스도 우리 주의 교통(참여)"안으로 부15 르심 받았습니다. 15

15 In the first ten and a half chapters of Genesis God tried to work with the created race, 15 but He did not get through. The created race failed Him. Man fell to such an extent 15 that all mankind rebelled against God to the uttermost, and built the tower and city of 15 Babel to express their rebellion (Gen. 11:1-9). So God gave up the created and fallen 15 race, and He called one, Abraham, out of the race to be the father of another race. Out 15 of a place filled with rebellion and idolatry, a place where everyone was one with Satan, 15 God called a man named Abraham. From the time God called him out of Babel (later 15 Babylon) into Canaan, God gave up the Adamic race and invested all His interest in 15 this new race, with Abraham as its head. This is the called race, the transformed race. 15 It is not a race according to nature, but a race according to faith.15

15 Abraham was called out by God. The Greek word for church, ecclesia, means “the 15 called out ones.” Thus, we in the church are also the called out ones. Abraham was 15 called out of Babel, the place of rebellion and idolatry, into the good land, which typifies 15 Christ. We also were in Babel. We were fallen, we were rebellious, and we worshipped 15 idols. Today the whole human race is in Babel. We used to be there, but one day God 15 called us out and put us into Christ, the high land. We were called by God into “the 15 fellowship [the participation] of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.”15
