내주하는 말씀을 통해 그리스도의 풍성을 받음

성경말씀

(골3:16) 온갖 지혜를 사용하여 그리스도의 말씀이 여러분 안에 풍성히 거하도록 하되, 시와 찬송과 영적인 노래들로 서로 가르치고 권면하고 여러분의 마음에서 은혜로 하나님께 찬송함으로써 거하도록 하십시오.
(엡3:8) 하나님께서 모든 성도들 중에 가장 작은 이보다 더 작은 나에게 이 은혜를 주신 것은, 그리스도의 측량할 수 없는 풍성을 이방인들에게 복음으로 전하게 하시고,

오늘의 만나

골로새서의 초점은 우리의 머리와 우리의 생명이신 그리스도입니다. 그분이 머리되심을 행사하고, 그분의 풍성을 우리에게 공급하는 길은 그분의 말씀을 통해서입니다. 그러므로 강조점은 그리스도의 말씀에 있습니다. 골로새서에서 바울의 관심은 그리스도에 대한 계시가 온전한 지식에 이르도록 하기 위한 것이었습니다. 이러한 이유로 우리는 그리스도의 말씀이 필요합니다. 그리스도의 말씀은 신약 성경 전체를 포함합니다. 우리는 이 말씀으로 충만할 필요가 있습니다. 이것은 그리스도의 말씀이 우리 안에 거하고, 우리 안에 내주하고, 우리 안에 거처를 정하시도록 허락해야 함을 의미합니다. '거하다'로 번역된 헬라어는 '집 안에 있다', '내주하다'를 의미합니다. 주님의 말씀은 우리 안에 적절한 입지를 얻으시어, 그리스도의 풍성을 우리의 내적 존재 안으로 운행하고 공급하도록 하기 위한 것입니다. 더 나아가 그리스도의 말씀은 우리 안에 풍성히 거해야 합니다. 그리스도의 풍성은(엡3:8) 그분의 말씀 안에 있습니다. 그러한 풍성한 말씀이 우리 안에 거할 때, 그 말씀은 우리 안에 풍성히 거해야 합니다. 그리스도의 말씀은 우리 안에서 자유로운 길을 얻어야 합니다. 우리는 말씀을 받아들여 단지 우리의 존재의 좁은 영역 안에 제한되게 해서는 안 됩니다. 그 반대로 말씀은 우리 안에서 운행하도록 자유로운 길을 얻어야 합니다. 말씀은 이러한 방식으로 우리 안에 내주할 것이고, 우리 안에서 거처를 정하실 것입니다. Receiving the Riches of Christ Through the Indwelling Word

Col 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to God. Eph 3:8 To me...was this grace given to announce to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ as the gospel.

Words of Ministry

Colossians is focused on Christ as our Head and our life. The way for Him to exercise His headship and to minister His riches to us is through His word. Hence, the emphasis is on the word of Christ. Paul's concern in Colossians is for the revelation of Christ unto full knowledge. For this, we need the word of Christ. The word of Christ includes the entire New Testament. We need to be filled with this word. This means that we should allow the word of Christ to dwell in us, to inhabit us, to make home in us. The Greek word rendered dwell means to be in a house, to inhabit. The word of the Lord must have adequate room within us so that it may operate and minister the riches of Christ into our inner being. Furthermore, the word of Christ must dwell in us richly. The riches of Christ (Eph. 3:8) are in His word. When such a rich word inhabits us, it must inhabit us richly. The word of Christ should have free course within us. We should not simply receive it and then confine it to a small area of our being. On the contrary, it should be given a free course to operate within us. In this way the word will inhabit us and make home in us.
