그리스도께서 영 단번에 성취한 것은 영원함(1)

성경말씀

(히9:12) 그리고 염소와 송아지의 피가 아닌 그분 자신의 피를 통하여, 한 번만에 영원히 지성소로 들어가시어 영원한 구속을 이루셨습니다.
(계13:8) 창세 때부터 죽음을 당한 어린양의 생명책에 이름이 기록되지 못하고 땅에 거하는 사람들은 모두 짐승에게 경배할 것입니다.

오늘의 만나

그분의 육체 되심, 십자가에 못 박히심, 부활, 제자들 안으로 그 영을 내어 쉬심, 승천, 제자들 위에 그 영을 부으심은 모두 영원한 것입니다. 그러한 항목은 일시적인 것들이 아닙니다. 다시 말해서 시간의 요소에 제한받지 않습니다. 예를 들어 십자가에 못 박히심을 고려해봅시다. 우리가 이해한 바에 따르면 그리스도는 이천 년 전에 십자가에 못 박히셨습니다. 그러나 요한계시록 13장8절은 하나님의 시각에서 그리스도는 창세 때부터 즉, 창조된 세상이 존재한 때부터 죽임당하셨다고 말합니다. 그리스도는 물질적인 우주가 존재한 때부터 십자가에 못 박히셨습니다. 왜냐하면 그분의 구속은 창조된 우주 전체를 포함해야 하기 때문입니다. 이에 관해서 히브리서 9장12절은 그리스도께서 영원한 구속을 이루셨다고 말합니다. 그분의 구속은 일시적인 것이 아닙니다. 그것은 영원합니다. 여기 동그라미 하나가 있는데 영원을 상징한다고 해봅시다. 그리고 그 원의 어떤 시점에 그리스도의 십자가에 못 박히심을 상징하는 십자가를 그립니다. 그러면 당신은 아브라함과 모세와 같은 구약의 성도들과, 지난 수세기에 걸친 신약의 모든 믿는 이들을 그 동그라미의 어디에 두겠습니까? 그러한 그림에 따르면 누가 십자가의 앞에 있고, 누가 십자가의 뒤에 있는지 말하기 어려울 것입니다. 여기서 우리가 말하는 요점은 십자가에 못 박히심은 영원한 것이며, 우주가 존재한 때부터 즉, 창세 때부터 필요로 하는 전 범위를 포함한다는 것입니다. 창조물이 존재한 때 이후로 그리스도의 죽음은 그 필요가 있어왔습니다. 그러므로 하나님의 시각에서 그리스도의 죽음은 창세 때부터 시작되었습니다. Christ’s Accomplishments Being Eternal-Once for All (1)

Rev 13:8 And all those dwelling on the earth will worship him, every one whose name is not written in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain from the foundation of the world.

Words of Ministry

The incarnation, the crucifixion, the resurrection, the breathing of the Spirit into the disciples, the ascension, and the outpouring of the Spirit upon the disciples are all eternal. They are not temporal matters; that is, they are not limited by the element of time. Consider the crucifixion, for instance. According to our understanding, Christ was crucified nineteen hundred years ago. But Revelation 13:8 indicates that in the sight of God Christ was slain from the foundation of the world, from the time the created world came into being. Christ was crucified from the beginning of the existence of the material world because His redemption must cover the whole of the created universe. Concerning this, Hebrews 9:12 indicates that Christ has accomplished an eternal redemption. His redemption is not temporal; it is eternal. Suppose we use a circle to signify eternity, and then at a certain place on the circle we place a cross signifying the crucifixion of Christ. Where in relation to the cross on the circle would you put Old Testament saints such as Abraham and Moses, and where would you put all the believers in Christ throughout the centuries? It would be difficult to say, according to such a diagram, who is before the cross and who is after. The point we are making here is that the crucifixion is eternal and covers the entire span of need that began from the existence of the universe, from the foundation of the world. Ever since created things came into being there has been the need of the death of Christ. Therefore, in the sight of God, Christ's death began from the foundation of the world.
