주님의 위임

성경말씀

(행9:20) 곧바로 여러 회당에서 예수님을 선포하여, 이분께서 하나님의 아들이시라 하니,
(22) 그러나 사울은 더욱 힘을 얻어, 이분께서 그리스도이시라는 것을 증명하여, 다마스쿠스에 사는 유대인들을 당황하게 하였다.

오늘의 만나

사도행전 9장 22절에 따르면, 사울은 "이 분이 그리스도"이시라는 것을 다메섹에 있는 유대인들에게 입증했습니다. '그리스도'라는 칭호는 주님의 위임 즉, 그분의 일을 나타냅니다. '그리스도'는 '기름부음 받은 자'라는 뜻입니다. 주 예수님은 하나님께서 기름부으신 분입니다. 하나님의 기름부음 받은 자이신 그리스도로서 그분은 유일한 분입니다. 오직 그분만이 하나님의 위임을 수행하도록 곧, 하나님께서 그분께 맡기신 일을 하도록, 하나님에 의해 기름부음 받으셨고 임명되셨습니다. 마태복음 16장 15절에서 주 예수님은 제자들에게 "너희는 나를 누구라 하느냐?"고 말씀하셨습니다. 시몬 베드로가 "주님은 그리스도이시요, 살아 계신 하나님의 아들이십니다(16)."고 대답했습니다. 베드로에게 주어진 계시는 주 예수님에 대한 두 방면, 즉 그분의 인격의 면과 위임의 면을 포함합니다. 그리스도의 위임은 그분의 십자가에 못 박히심과 부활과 승천과 다시 오심을 통해 하나님의 영원한 목적을 성취하는 것입니다. 그분의 인격은 삼일 하나님을 완전히 표현하기 위해 아버지를 체현하시고 그 영이 되셨습니다. 한동안 눈이 멀었던 다소의 사울은 주 예수님에 관한 하늘에 속한 이상을 받았습니다. 그는 베드로가 가이사랴 빌립보에서 본 것과 같은 것을 보았던 것입니다. 즉 그는 나사렛 사람 예수께서 하나님의 아들이며 그리스도이심을 보았습니다. 그분의 인격에 있어서 그분은 하나님이십니다. 그분의 일에 있어서 그분은 하나님께서 의도하시는 것은 무엇이나 수행하도록 하나님께서 기름부으시고 하나님께서 임명하신 분이십니다. The Lord's Commission

Bible Verses

Acts 9:20 And immediately he proclaimed Jesus in the synagogues, that this One is the Son of God. (22) But Saul was all the more empowered, and he confounded the Jews dwelling in Damascus by proving that this One is the Christ.

Words of Ministry

According to 9:22, Saul proved to the Jews in Damascus that "this One is the Christ." The title "the Christ" denotes the Lord's commission, that is, the Lord's work. Christ means the anointed One. The Lord Jesus is God's anointed One. As the anointed One of God, the Christ, He is the unique One. Only He has been anointed by God and appointed by Him to carry out His commission, to do work God assigned to Him. In Matthew 16:15 the Lord Jesus said to His disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God" (v. 16). The revelation given to Peter includes the two aspects of the Lord Jesus, the aspects of His Person and His commission. Christ's commission is to accomplish God's eternal purpose through His crucifixion, resurrection, ascension, and second coming. His Person embodies the Father and issues in the Spirit for a full expression of the Triune God. Saul of Tarsus, who was blinded for a period of time, received a heavenly vision concerning the Lord Jesus. He saw the same thing Peter did in Caesarea Philippi; that is, he saw that Jesus the Nazarene is the Son of God and the Christ. As to His Person, He is divine. As to His work, He is the God-anointed and God-appointed One to carry out whatever God intends.
